I tried to order this for my sister in London, but the filled egg was sold out at the time. I emailed to ask if they were getting any more in, but unfortunately not. Then a few days later I received an email from Patricia, explaining that they had put some eggs on the site, that had been set aside for any breakages. I ordered 1 immediately on the 9th April and it was delivered 4 day's later. My sister said it looked amazing and the thought of liquorice inside was a great idea. She rang today with a mouth full of liquorice, telling me how great tasting the liquorice was. She was blown away by the choice of liquorice flavours there was and the amount. She said she would be telling everyone how amazing it was and would be ordering herself more. Get some, don't waste any time, just get some now. Delicious! I ordered it for Easter but had to do a taste test as it looked too scrumptious to wait until then! The presentation was beautiful, packaged in a lovely black My Liquorice presentation box with a handle, so if you are giving this for a gift it looks lovely. It's very nicely wrapped in Cellophane with a little bow, the egg itself has liquorice and chocolate swirls decorating the outside. Inside the box as well was a huge packet of mixed liquorice (yum) and surprisingly there's liquorice inside the egg! Complete value for money. I have to buy another one now which doesn't bother me at all

My friends love the gourmet Easter egg, both the quality liquoice assortment and the chocolate of the egg. The fact that the liquorice is low fat is perfect for their dietry requirements. They commented too on the attractive yet strong packaging.

Top quality thick chocolate egg and super liquorice.

Huge box arrived which I only opened and gave on Easter Sunday. Box and ribbon were lovely plus the way the box opened was fab. Inside there was a lovely deep pink cut paper to protect the egg. The egg itself was small in relation to the box. This was my only issue with the whole package. The size of the outer box lead me to expect a bigger egg! The egg was wrapped and had two layers of bubble wrap around the body (on the outside the of cellophane wrap), which meant it was smaller. Once through those and fabric ribbon pink bow, the egg was revealed. It was really nice, incredibly thick chocolate double dipped and nicely decorated. We managed to get it apart intact to eat the liquorice sweets inside first, which were fab. The egg chocolate when we got to it was thick and creamy, smooth and beautiful. Happy with the quality of the items I bought but really suggest packing in a slightly smaller box or making the actual egg larger. I would have paid more for a larger egg as it was a gift.

Arrived in a lovely black box, very well packaged. Very thick chocolate egg which is near indestructable :) and some yummy liquorice inside. Definately recommend it.

A good quality thick chocolate egg with plenty of liquorice in the middle. Just could have do e with being a little bigger given the price.

All gone couldn't wait till Easter
