When will my order be shipped?
99% of orders are shipped same day if place before 2pm
If you want to receive an order for any time-sensitive event please order well in advance. We would suggest at least 7 working days.
How long is delivery?
Delivery times will vary depending on the type of service selected with your order.
Royal Mail Second Class delivery will usually take between two and three working days to deliver - £3.43 (Orders over £39.94 free 48 hour shipping)
Royal Mail First Class delivery post usually takes between one and two working days to deliver - £4.66 (Orders over £39.94 shipping cost is £1.26 for 24 hour)

Does my order come with tracking?
We do offer tracking. You will be emailed your items tracking number when it has been dispatched.
This will show any potential delays with your order so we recommend checking upon this before emailing us.
Issues
I want to return my order, what do I do?
In the unlikely case that you are unhappy with your order please use our contact form or email us at info@myliquorice.co.uk and we will try out best to find a solution to the issue.
My order has not arrived, what do I do?
Check your tracking number via the email you received 1-3 working days after placing your order. Please contact us if your liquorice has not arrived within the specified time frame above.
Fraudulent Activity
Where we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to circumstances where there are suspicious claims relating to orders having been placed, but not received, we reserve the right to withhold funds and block your account ( and any associated accounts ) from placing orders in future. If this happens to you and you think we have made a mistake, you can Contact Us and we will discuss the matter further with you.
