During warm weather, some of our products — particularly those containing chocolate — may be susceptible to melting in transit. We recommend selecting a faster shipping option during summer months and ensuring someone is available to receive your order. We're unable to take responsibility for heat-related damage.

Lakrids by Bulow items are more susceptible to melting than other items due to the packaging. We're unable to take responsibility for heat-related damage.

Shipping times:

• 99% of Orders are shipped out same day if placed before 2pm UK time
• Any orders that aren't shipped out same day will be shipped out next working day
• Once shipped your order will take between one and three working days to get to you based upon your shipping method
• 2nd Class Tracked delivery takes two to three working days 
• 1st Class Tracked delivery takes one to two working days.

In most cases orders arrive faster than we state. The majority of orders arrive within 2 working days. 

Please note - We actually use a service called "24 Hour Tracked" and "48 Hour Tracked" delivery. This is the Royal Mail business equivelant of 1st and 2nd class methods. We call it 1st and 2nd class for clarity as the names "24 Hour" and "48 Hour" can be misleading.

If you are ordering for any time sensitive event we strongly suggest you order well in advance. We would suggest at least 7 working days.

All orders are shipped with a fully tracked Royal Mail service.

This means that you are able to track your order from when it leaves our warehouse to the moment it goes through your door.

After your order has been dispatched you will receive an email and or text with your tracking number and an estimated delivery time.

On our website, we do not currently offer international shipping. This is because the services we can offer with Royal Mail are not to our standard. If you have any further questions about this please email us.

If you have entered the incorrect shipping/billing address then please email us immediately.

Due to our fulfillment system we may not be able to change a shipping address after you have purchased.

• In the unlikely case that you are unhappy with your order please email us at info@myliquorice.co.uk and we will try out best to find a solution to the issue. 

We offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order. For us to be able to accept a return due to the type of products we sell the parcel and all items must be in their original condition. This means if you do not want to accept a parcel or have changed your mind you must not open the package it you must contact us within 14 days of delivery for us to be able to accept your return. 

If the parcel is unwanted. The cost to return will be paid by you (the customer).

If the parcel/items are damaged or defective we will bear the cost of the return/refund. 

Check your tracking number via the email you received 1-3 working days after placing your order. Please contact us if your liquorice has not arrived within the specified time frame above.
