Taste and texture is great, all the different ones are so delicious I can't decide which one is my favourite !!
I was disappointed with the packaging though, the rather flimsy cardboard box arrived with one corner caved in, and the sellotape had started to peel off...everything inside was OK though thankfully.

These are like the old fashioned liquorice black jacks that I grew up with. Quite hard, so suck on them a minute and they will soften pretty quickly. Strong flavour and do dye your mouth. Really great taste, hence the 5 stars.
I also like the fact that they are a good size toffee. The toffee doesn’t stick to the wrapper either and you can get the piece out easily without getting sticky fingers.
