Missing items

Returns
We offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
For us to be able to accept a return due to the type of products we sell the parcel and all items must be in their original condition.
This means if you do not want to accept a parcel or have changed your mind about your order you must not open the package and you must contact us within 14 days of delivery for us to be able to accept your return.
If the parcel is unwanted. The cost to return will be paid by you (the customer).
If the parcel/items are damaged or defective we will bear the cost of the return/refund.
If an item is faulty we are able to give a refund or send a replacement item.
Faulty is not any of the following: “I do not like the product”, “It is too salty”, “It tastes of ammonia”, “Its too hard” or anything regarding the taste.
All our items are described clearly and honestly on our website in our product descriptions.
Along with our product descriptions, our reviews are a good description of an items flavour.
If an item is faulty we require detailed photos and descriptions of the items faults.
If an item is faulty we may require it to be returned. Please keep all original packaging, items and receipts as we may be unable to accept the return if these are not intact.
Please do not ship orders back to our return address without prior instruction. This will not be sent to the correct department and may lead to no refund being given.
If your item is faulty and we require you to send it back for a refund we shall send you a pre-paid Royal Mail postage label via email.
Where we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to circumstances where there are suspicious claims relating to orders having been placed, but not received, we reserve the right to withhold funds and block your account ( and any associated accounts ) from placing orders in future. If this happens to you and you think we have made a mistake, you can Contact Us and we will discuss the matter further with you.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Extra
If you request to cancel your order and we have already paid for a postage label please note we reserve the right to not refund the cost of postage.
