They sent the wrong item, I informed them. They agreed to send me the item I wanted. And advised me to send back unwanted item and didn’t provide me with a prepaid return label. There also has been no confirmation of when I can expect to receive the goods I ordered in the first place.

Wen ever I make an order I am never disappointed with the sweets I receive. I also buy for my dad who loves liquorice. They let me know recently when one of the things I ordered was out of stock they told me as soon as possible and reimbursed my money within a day, as we all know this is unheard of from other companies.
